I really need your help, I haven't received the verficidation code over a month, since 15 october. what should i do?

This was answered by @Colan Nielsen quite a while ago. Here is his response.

"
If the verification postcard doesn't arrive or you do not receive mail at your business address here is what you should do:

1. Request the postcard anyway
2. After five to ten days contact GMB Support via Twitter @GoogleMyBiz
3. Explain that you have requested the postcard and it has not arrived

Google should be able to help you get verified manually as long as your business meets the eligibility requirements. "

Yes, that is exactly right, but the only difference is GMB support on social (Twitter and Facebook) isn't working currently. So use this form instead - Sign in - Google Accounts

Thank you guys for you replies, i used the form after few days i received a reply to make a video call with GMB support.
