We've still got Google's "hours or services may differ" appearing in our Knowledge Panel, even though we've gone in and added special hours for all of the days that we will be closed this calendar year. Is there something else that is triggering this message?

You can add special hours mimicking your open hours for every day of the week. I did this for months to remove this label but stopped about 2 months ago because of the amount of time it takes and the overall feeling that users are likely used to seeing this notice at this point. I would assume this still works.
