I was wondering how new categories are created for Google My Business.
I'd love to see Tinnitus Treatment or Tinnitus Therapy. Those search terms get a ton of traffic!
Google evaluates and ads new categories if it makes sense across the globe for business. You may tweet to GMB support and ask. They will evaluate your suggestions.
