How long should we expect it to take Google to respond to a review removal request where the review was clearly left by a former employee? 9-8349000038215

@Tim Colling - I can share this simple tip on timeframes for dealing with reviews: wait 3 days between steps.

The full process:
1.) Flag it. Wait 3 days.
2.) Report it. Wait 3 days.
3.) Appeal it. Wait 3 days.
4.) Take it to the community forum.

(Based on some guidance given to PEs.)
I agree, that seems like a long time for an evaluation on that review. Have you posted to the Google Business Profile Help Community already? A Product Expert might be able to help.
 
Ok, I just escalated one to the GBP help community. I hope that that will do the trick. The wording on that one is obviously indicative of it being written by an employee of the company in question.
 
About a week or so after we posted about this to the community forum, Google emailed us and said that they were removing the review in question. So, it apparently worked.
