How to add a 2nd physical adress?

How do I add a 2nd physical adress to a business?

I found this thread: adding a second location for my business - Google My Business Help, but when I type the business name it doesnt show up in the drop down menu. I just get the option to create a new business.

Did you confirm that the second location already exists on Google Maps? Can you share the business details?
