How to Adjust Service Area Map Outline

Hello GBP experts!

I have a client whose business extends well below and above the service area map that is shown in Maps. How do I adjust the service area? And is this being populated from other sources or website schema?

I took a screenshot of the southern boundary for some context. This service area ends at Tampa but should extend down to Fort Myers which is about 2 hours south:
