We have a lot of multi-location clients that have locations with just a handful of reviews, if any at all. Do you have a process for how to guide the client to get more reviews aside from the "ask the happy customers" guidance. HOW should they go about getting reviews from those happy customers? What guidance do you provide to your clients?
