How To Link to Google Maps Driving Directions to Business...

I was wondering if anyone knew how to create a webpage link that would open Google Maps for people that need driving directions to my store?

In other words, is there a URL that can be used for a link that says "Click Here For Driving Directions" that would either launch Google Maps app on their phone, or at least get the driving directions part of Maps launched in their browser?

I can't quite figure out a way to do this, or even if there is a way.
