How to Merge Duplicate GMB Listings?

Hello, to merge duplicate GMB Listings, should I remove the duplicate one, or should I just change its address, and then should I remove it?
Or, I should mark it as permanently closed? What is the correct order for removing or merging the duplicate listings from local search?
