How to Remove Non-GMB Location from Google Search?

Hi All,

I'm wondering if anyone has encountered a situation where Google has created a listing for a location that is outside of Google My Business? Google has created this featured snippet/listing for a building on our medical center campus that doesn't exist (the closest building to this physical location is called the Orchard Building). Aside from submitting feedback via the "Send Feedback" link in search results, is there any way to have Google remove this location? Typically I would work with Google My Business support to resolve this issue, but this doesn't appear to be a typical GMB listing - it's more akin to how they represent cities or other public entities.

Hello,

This is not a listing, this is a named polygon on Google Maps. The only people that can fix this is Google themselves. You would need to post in the Google Maps support forum for assistance. Community forum - Google Maps Help
