How To Replicate "Areas Served" On Google Business Profile

Hi, wondering why some of our listings say areas served and some don't. There are hybrid listings that have their service areas set up that say areas served and other listings that have their service area set up that don't have that feature. Additionally, I noticed a lot of our SAB's have that as well. I'm thinking maybe if we switched a listing from SAB to hybrid it stayed on the listing?
Any insight would be appreciated!

I was going to say it's probably a difference between the LSA display vs. the classic Finder, but the finder started showing areas for both SABs and hybrid some time ago... Here's the same hybrid profile in both views:
