There have been huge delays in GBP's response to bulk verifications, and some cases aren't being responded to by GBP support. I have been waiting for bulk verifications for a couple of clients for several months, we are following all GBP guidelines, but each time I contacted the GBP team, they wanted to verify postcards or videos for a large number of locations before admitting bulk verifications. Could the request be escalated to a higher level of support? Is anyone else experiencing this issue with GBP support?
