Increase Calls from GBP

Hey everyone,

For a business that’s already in the top 3 local pack for its main keywords and posts consistently on GBP, what strategies have actually helped you boost calls from GBP, aside from getting more reviews?

Looking for some ideas. Thanks in advance!

Being very specific about the service on offer. The smaller the niche the better the conversions.

More reviews won't necessarily lead to an increase in phone calls. You might need to increase your presence in your area. Have you created citations?

@keyserholiday Have you seen a significant increase with citations? My website does have the address and phone number of the pin, but I'm also hoping to get more calls and web conversions.

If you want more leads/calls you need to exactly match what the potential customer is looking for.

As an example, if I need my drains unblocked I'm going to search for 'drain unblocking near me'. If your GBP says you do just that and have a local phone number an I see a number of reviews I'll give you call. I won't even look at your posts - they are irrelevant to my search. If you link to your website I might take a look but only to confirm you really are local and not some affiliate thing or a directory.
