Increasing Number of GBP Suspensions

I have been experiencing a concerning trend with our GBPs over the past week or so. Three separate times, we have run into phone verification, and after completing it the pin has immediately been suspended for "deceptive content." I have submitted appeals for all three pins, and the first one came back denied today. Has this been happening to anyone else, and does anyone know how it might be being triggered?

Any updates on this. We're also struggling with suspensions. Every account we same to take on and begin optimisation on, within a few days it gets suspended. It's always the same reason:
