Is a lease any good for GBP verification/reinstatement?

How acceptable or helpful is a lease document for reinstating or verifying a Google Business Profile? I find it conspicuously absent from Google's list of acceptable examples, which includes utility bill and business license. Just wondering. Thank you.

Not as good as utility bill. Leases are fairly easy to get and fake.
