Is anyone able to look into escalating inaction to redressal forms submitted for me please?

Hi,

I was hoping to connect with a GMB Platinum Expert in the hope that they may escalate to Google on a couple of redressals submitted that have so far been ignored.

I can give you the full scoop including case IDs of course, but just wanted to see first if anyone had the time to assist.
