Is the Disabled Profile Appeal Process Broken?

We had a client appeal rejected so we updated the profile with what we think might be causing this issue. Both myself and the client have gone through the submit appeal process but we get to here and get stuck in a loop. No idea why it says Business Profile doesn't exist but if you click on it takes you back to the beginning of the appeals process again. I can select the business so it does exist!

If I look at my business profile manager, it is listed as Verfification Required. Clicking get verified just redirects back to the google serps.

Thank you for reaching out about your Business Profile. When we looked into your issue, we found that your profile is disabled.

Profiles may be disabled if they don’t follow our guidelines.

While your profile is disabled:

• You can’t update your profile.
• Your profile might not show on Google.
• We can’t fix other issues with your profile.

If you believe that your profile shouldn't be disabled, you can file an appeal to reinstate your profile. To appeal this decision:

1. Confirm that your business meets our guidelines. Learn about our guidelines.
2. Submit an appeal using the Google Business Profile Appeals tool. We will review your profile and get back to you. This process may take some time.
