Keywords in Review Response

Can anybody point me in the right direction for a point of view on whether it makes sense to include specific keywords in a review response?

I have tested keywords in replies and didn't see any ranking benefit from it. That's just one test, though, and I did it 4 years ago. Your mileage may vary.

Thanks Darren - I also haven't seen any benefit in ranking directly either but can't see the downside of including them if they make sense in the reply.

Yeah, I don't see the downside either as long as the response reads naturally and doesn't look "seo optimized".
