Knowledge Graph and/or Branding Issue

If I search
"prairie house assisted living"
There are 2 different businesses with the same name appear. The first 3 organic results is a business in Oklahoma. But the 4th organic result and the Knowledge Graph show the business in Oregon.

Is there any way to get the Oklahoma organic results to also appear in the knowledge graph? I also understand that I am searching from Arizona and the maps portion is location based... but incognito brings the same results.

Any suggestions? Thank you.
