Knowledge Panel Not Appearing for Brand Name Search

We are working with a client who started a relatively new business so we created a new GMB listing for his business. It is a service area-based business so there is no address in the GMB. When we search for his brand name on Google from the client's location, the knowledge panel is appearing but it is not appearing in any other location. Any suggestions on how to bring the Knowledge panel up for brand name from other locations?

Google search results are based on user (searcher) location.

Only well established or well known business get Knowledge Panel displays.

What you see most of the time are Business Profiles;

"Business Profiles look similar to knowledge panels, but are specific to businesses that serve customers at a particular location or within a designated service area"

Yes, I did. Not appearing there too. I am using this tool to check Local Search Results Checker - SERP Checker for Google Local Searches and the panel is appearing for the client's location only.
