Hi Everyone

I have a question. I handle GMB for multiple clients and verticals. I noticed the other day a doctor in our area had a brand know;edge panel. I thought these were only for companies but I guess not. Does anyone know how/why this would be created. I noticed he has written some books so is that why? This doctor also has a normal GMB listing that is unverified

The wikipedia page for him is definitely a major factor.

I believe Google creates these on their own for people of a certain reputation. The wikipedia page and the books are probably a good part of the equation.
