Local "People Also Search" ads

Not sure when these started - but starting to see quite a few of them. Did I just now notice these carousel ads or have they be running for awhile

I have been seeing them for at least the last month or two, perhaps longer. I don't know exactly when they began to appear, though.

Checked with AdWords help today - they have been rolling out over the past few months for businesses with local extensions active in AdWords. Clicks are credited as "Get Location Details" just like map listings.
