Here is a Google Hangout I just found featuring some Local Search Pros that many of you know, a couple are members here. They discuss all the recent changes with Google+ Local, the new Google for Business dashboard, some of recent layout changes and some issues around merging with Google +.
Terry Van Horne of SEOPros organized the Google+ Hangout on local SEO which featured Mike Wilton, Adam Steele and Darren Shaw.
There are technical difficulties at the beginning but once you get past it, there is a great informal discussion about all the changes.
