Local Search Grid Reports for SABs

Are search grid reports for SABs reliable? I have experienced that the location picked in the report on the basis of the Google maps URL of the business is too far from the exact location of the business. I have also seen that there are no ranking grid points for any SABs we manage and run reports for. I am basically looking for answers to the following questions:
1- Are the search grid reports for SABs reliable?
2- If yes, what is the correct way to set them up and check the correct data?

Hi Matt, yes they are reliable. What you need to do in order for them to be as accurate and useful as possible is to set the center of the grid at the address that was used to verify the GBP.
