Hey everyone!
My client has bulk verification set up. I've added new profiles every week for several weeks now. I have profiles that I added via bulk verification from over a month ago that are "stuck" in processing status. (Screenshot attached of dashboard status view).
On the profile view, there's a section that says "Pending: Your business is verified. Listings may be reviewed for quality and can take up to 3 days to be published." (Screenshot attached). Obviously we are well beyond 3 days for most of my profiles.
I reached out to GMB support, and they said I have to submit photos of the storefronts, which is a no-go with as many locations as I am adding weekly.
I am not having any other issues with bulk verification.
I know there were some delays in processing last year, but I haven't read anyone else having these issues right now.
Anyone have any ideas?
