In the last 3 days we've noticed that all GBP listings that don't have a published address have lost the connection to their LSA account. Some clients have lost all reviews bar 1 or 2, others show all reviews.

On most accounts we're seeing the 'Business not found on Google Maps' message. This message is only shown when clicking into the 'Customer Reviews' option, which still shows a green checkmark, so if it's not selected specifically everything looks good and functioning.

Submitting a support ticket is next on my list, but I wondered if anybody else has seen this recently and if there's a know fix?

Haven't seen it - yet. 🤞And I certainly don't know the cause. Please let us know if you get a resolution or cause.

After getting hold of support via chat, they claim the issue is because the address in the LSA platform and the GBP platform don't match. They had no solutions other than to create a support ticket with the GBP team and see what they say.

The addresses we're using inside the LSA platform are the business' registered address, mostly if not always the client's home address.

The GBP listings don't carry an address as these are service area businesses, and that's where the mismatch seems to be occurring. This wasn't an issue until a few days ago, and seems more like a glitch that anything else.
Will update with any new info as and when 👊

We have the same thing regarding "Business not found on Google Maps". This is on Account #1 in the screenshot below.

The client created the LSA account (Account #1 in image) and got Google Guaranteed.

We manage their GBP and Google Ads.

There's another LSA account with same account # (Account #2 in image) as the Google Ads. This one not yet Google Guaranteed.

The question is, does it matter if the LSA (Account #1) is not connected to the Google Ads account we manage?

Is there any impact on using that one instead of the other (Account #2) that is connected to Google Ads?

To expound on the background of what we see for "Business not found on Google Maps"...

This is an SAB. The created their GBP with their home address. We've been trying to relocate their business address to another location, but GBP won't verify it no matter what we do.

Therefore, this business is "not verified" and doesn't not have their address visible in their GBP.

It should not matter if the LSA account is connected to the current Google Ads (PPC) account - it will be connected anyway since that's where the billing is located. Disclaimer: no telling 100% assuredness with Google

Say you set up a brand new LSA account - with different payment info (Google Payment Profile) that would not use your PPC CID, and a new payment profile would be assigned. If you set up a new LSA account and use the same billing info, that LSA account will be automatically connected to your existing PPC/Google Ads account.

I am not aware of any advantages or disadvantages of using one over the other, as they relate to ad performance.
