Massive drop overnight on GMB

Hi guys,

i need your help .
Overnights satuday, I completely drop down from GMB listing.
I used to be on the top result for all the keyword.

the big change we had 2 weeks ago was anew website (url went from www.supb.com.au to Stand Up Paddle Board Melbourne, Hire-lesson, Gift Voucher St Kilda,).

I have the most review on GMB compare to my competitor and still doing well on organic result but again completely drop down from the top to the bottom on GMB

Any one we could help me out ??

I am devastated to see that happening now as it’s the busiest time for me and feel resourceless.

Hi @VincentP , what keyword(s) are you tracking that you noticed a drop for?

Also, I noticed that the URL is still Stand Up Paddle Board Melbourne, Hire-lesson, Gift Voucher St Kilda, Did you change that to something else?

I was going to ask the same question.

Two possibilities:

1. the preferred URL changed from www.supb.com.au to supb.com.au; or
2. SSL was added so the site went from http to https;

or both...

If so:

1. have you made the required changes in your GMB?
2. have you set up rules for redirection from the old to the new in .htaccess or cPanel?
