Massive local drop around Nov 28/29

We have a client (law firm) who was ranking very well locally and just dropped massively over a few days (around Nov. 28/29). Did any of you experience a problem like this around the time? They are still doing well re. organic traffic.

It had a huge impact on law firms. That being said, these guys appear to be 24-hrs so that might not make sense unless they changed their hours recently.

We are providing Desert Safari Tour services and we were ranked on the 4th, and 5th page of Google for the very competitive keyword "Desert Safari Dubai" and now we aren't even on SERP. How's your ranking going now? Any tips would be appreciatable.

They had always been 24 hours. The local rankings dropped like a stone on the 29th but only for their Tampa location and not for their Winter Haven or Lakeland locations.

I'm totally stumped.
