Moving Google+ Pages to New Account

Way back when, I had a couple of listings I mistakenly created under my personal account. I've recently been upgraded to the new dashboard and see the option to "Get Your Page." Since there are no G+ Business pages created at the moment for the listings, would this be a good time to move these listings into their own master account or separate accounts and out of mine? I know there is no way to transfer listings to a new account.

I was wondering if the negative affects of reclaiming/re-verifying under a new account using the new G+ Business page integration from the new dashboard would be somewhat minimized at this point as opposed to doing this from scratch or would I still feel all the lumps from a transfer?

I believe under the new dashboard you can just change the owner of the listing. Check out these instructions and see if it solves your problem.

You can transfer ownership by first adding the desired account as a manager. After a two week grace period you can then transfer ownership completely.
