Multiple Location Hybrid Listings

Hi, so in the home improvement/contractor space we have companies with commercial addresses with signage that provide services in customers' houses. For example, concrete repair, waterproofing, roofing etc. The businesses are set up as a hybrid listing because customers could show up and the office is staffed and have signage. If they want to set up a second location at another address do the service areas have to be separate like how it is for SAB or can they overlap?

The service areas can’t overlap so make sur that they don’t list the same cities, zip codes, or counties.
