New business having trouble / suspension

Hi guys I have started my new business and am having a hard time getting my listing up. I did the video verification (following all the directions) and immediately after the listing was suspended. I used the redressal form to try and get it reinstated, sending in a copy of my filing with the state and a utility bill as asked. However I received a response back stating by business wasn’t eligible “per the quality guidelines” which I know not to be true since there are a million businesses like mine on GmB. I’ll add some information below. Is there anyway to get this issue escalated?

Can you share the address that was used for verification? Is it the one on the website? Do you have business documentation for that address?
At a minimum:

• Official business registration
• A business license
• Tax certificates
• Utility bills (electricity, phone, cable, internet etc) for the business.
