New Local Pack Feature for Individual Properties?

I'm seeing a feature on Google Business Profile where Google is pulling property listings from websites like Vacasa and Tripadvisor directly into the Local Pack. They aren't traditional GBP profiles - they're listings on separate websites. Has anyone seen this before? How long has Google been doing this? I see schema for "SingleFamilyResidence" and "Product" on Vacasa.

Oh the query was for "san juan island cabins" but I'm seeing this for other "cabins" queries as well
