New marking for reviews

Hi,
Has anyone else started to see such a sign and messages with reviews?
The screenshots show that there are several versions of the message.
I wonder in the first screen where the whole message is visible without clicking "i". Does google intend to verify reviews or just inform that "it does not check them".

What do you think about it?

Sounds like a CYOA measure because it's clear the Google AI has only restricted competence in handling fake reviews.
