New to Spam fighting

Hello all. I'm not to the spam fighting game and was wondering you quick opinion on this. Does this seem like spam?

Seems fishy to me. They have 2 different listings and one is a WeWork. Neither listing matches the actual address on their website.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

The 2nd one is, both in terms of the address and of the name.

Even the 1st one might not be kosher. I thought that might be the company's HQ, but according to the "Contact" page its HQ isn't even in Philly.
