Next steps after reinstatement request not granted

Hello!

A few weeks back I submitted 9 reinstatement requests for 9 different suspended doctor listings. Eight of them have come back with a successful reinstatement, but one came back saying it couldn't be reinstated. I fixed up this listing just like I did the other 8, so I'm not sure what I'm missing. My main question is what should be my next steps? Should i seek help via this forum, or should I post something on the Google My Business Community Forum?

Yes, do that. Create a thread and link to a document with all the proof (photos, videos, documentation) that the doctor is located at that location. Include the case ID from the reinstatement request as well.
