Not getting a Google balloon for a certain search term!!

Hello!

We have a dental client who is not getting a balloon for "Alpharetta dentist". They are located in Alpharetta, GA.

We have tried everything and to my knowledge, we are abiding by all Google+ guidelines. If it's possible for you to take a look at this specific page and give us suggestions, we'd greatly appreciate it!!

Do a Moz Local scan. The citations are Swiss cheese.

You also need more reviews - especially on Google+. Google needs to see signs of life.

Otherwise, you're doing a pretty good job.

Hi Phil! About how many (minimum) Google+ reviews do you think is good? I know the more, the merrier! Our client has been asking and asking patients to leave Google reviews but it hasn't been working out very well.

What we did notice is there are dentists with a balloon for "Alpharetta dentist" who have less reviews than our client has.

We will keep encouraging our clients to ask patients for reviews though! Thanks.

Reviews are only one factor (or, I should say, a group of factors) of many.

But if your client has problems getting reviews, he / she should just read my many posts on the topic.

Hello!

In the process of fixing some things you mentioned, I noticed that 2 other businesses are showing the SAME address as our client's address.

The Google+ pages for the businesses with the SAME address as our client:

Both of them have Google balloons/pins when typing in "Alpharetta dentist". Could it be that this is an issue why our client hasn't gotten a balloon/pin yet? What can we do to resolve this?

Our client's address: 4205 North Point Parkway, Building D, Alpharetta, GA 30022

At first Google wasn't allowing me to save "Building D" on our Google page, so I had to call Places and they did it for me. Now our listing shows as Building D.
