Odd GMB happening

Yesterday I go into my GMB to check like I do each day and I found it says this:

I have had a logo there since as far back as I can remember, so I am not sure why it's saying that. I checked and my Logo labelled image is there like it should be, but I upload the logo again just for good measure. It is showing just fine.

Afterwards the message saying to Completely my Business Profile was still there, and it's still there today too when I returned.

When I go to Photos it shows all of my photos but in the bottom right hand corner it says "1d" on all of them. Does that mean 1 day that they have been there? As in there is some glitch? Why would all of them say that, I only uploaded the 1 logo pic yesterday. The view count on the left hand bottom corner is correct saying that they have thousands of views.

Any idea what is going on?

@DontBiteUrNails, I haven't seen that phenomenon. My guess is that the honey-do list will update itself soon enough, if you've uploaded your logo into the "logo" bucket within the GMB photos area.

Yes, "1d" denotes 1 day since you uploaded a photo. Why a new photo would have that crazy-high view count, and old photos share the "1d" label, is a mystery to me. If I saw the GMB page there's a chance I'd have more-helpful feedback.

Hi Phil,

Just to clarify, that image showing the 28.5K views is not the Logo image that I re-uploaded yesterday, it is another one.

Also, I wanted to mention that the GMB iPhone app is also telling me to upload a Logo because my listing is only 80% finished. But my listing does have a Logo on it.

I was hoping this would correct itself, but it's been 5 days and I still have it tell me to completely my business profile and upload a logo (even though it shows that a logo is there and I have uploaded a new one many times.

It seems like a glitch, especially since all of my photos that have been there for years now say that they are only 5 days old, which is the same time that GMB told me to upload a logo so they are definitely connected.

What can I do? How can I escalate this to Google?

Actually, in mine, it's 85%...

I think it's a glitch.

This is still happening. I have uploaded the Logo many times, but it still says that I don't have a logo and my profile is only 80%.

How can I escalate this to Google? I don't have Twitter so I can't tweet them.

I thought this was hysterical when I saw it. My tiny little business getting 64,000 views in a month

I guess this will never get resolved...

@DontBiteUrNails - The issue of GMB showing your profile as incomplete is showing up in the support forums.

I think @Phil Rozek has it right: it's just a glitch and if you can patiently ignore it, it will probably get cleared up eventually.

Hey,
If you haven't already, it might be worth opening a chat support with Google. They might be able to steer you in the right direction. It's worked for me multiple times in the past. It depends on the support rep, but usually they can connect you with the right team (whether that's engineering or just specialists). We had a glitch similar to that get resolved after Google sent it over to the engineers.

Looks like this issue has been solved in the last few days as I am not seeing the "Complete your business profile" warning card.

Only took more than a year to solve it
