Office rental client needs to fill their offices

I just started working with a client that does office rentals, they post ads on craig's list but I would like to come up with another option. does any one have any suggestions for helping to get clients?

A lot of these businesses advertise in adwords. For a lot of local searches for phrases such as "office space/city name" you will see these competing businesses in the local pacs, and ultimately you will see a lot of these businesses ranking highly for various logical organic phrases connected to their respective cities.

There are a reasonable amt of consumer searches for office space. I'd work on the local and the organic side of things.
