"Online Care" icon on 3 pack listing: How to get it?

Been seeing the "Online Care" icon for therapists and other mental health areas show up on desktop for the 3 pack in selected searches in many cities (Chicago, Denver, New York..etc).

What settings (or combination) do I need to set or fill in on the GMB profile to trigger the "Online Care" icon?

These come to mind?

• Attributes => Service Options => "Online Care"
• Virtual Care Link
• COVID-19 info Link

Any thoughts on how to get this icon would be awesome!

@Mindquest - Google seems to be adding some online-specific elements to GMB as part of its response to the Coronavirus. I believe you'll be able to "...trigger the "Online Care" icon..." by following the instructions in the new support doc titled "Offer your services online".

You can actually get this yourself - go to your GMB, Go to the Info tab, click on "Highlights" or "Attributes" and add "Online Appointments" and it will show up in your listings.

It's easy enough to get, but hard to get rid of!
Has anyone in the healthcare vertical had trouble getting rid of it for locations that do not offer online care. For example, there is no virtual care for dialysis or same day surgery. But Google will crawl our website and add it, and selecting "no online care" doesn't prevent this from happening.
