I have a local client that offers play facilities for users on the autistic spectrum and various other difficult situations.
The essence of the service is that it is a private booking - though it is available most hours, 7 days a week.

However, I can't see any way on the GMB page of indicating that you are open to bookings without specifying opening times. If you don't have opening times then you are shown as closed.

Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, there's no great option for appointment only businesses on Google. The easiest solution is just to forgo listing hours entirely. It'll show that information as missing in the listing which isn't ideal, but it'll keep it from being marked 'closed' when you could actually be available, and it also keeps walkins from showing up without a phone call.
