Own this business for Suspended Business

Google has suspended the business profile for our restaurant. We have appealed the restriction twice, but Google's response was negative.

However, the business still appears on Google Maps. Can I try using the "Own this business" tool from a different email address?

This is usually an indicator that Google trusts the profile and not a user that is on the profile.
