Might sound strange but is postcard verification still an option? The staff at a particular location is limited in availability and video is going to be a big ask...

Not really, I don't think it's offered anymore or if it is, rarely. Unfortunately, you cannot pick your verification method and if video is the only option you will have to give it a shot.

If you have sent the post card 2 or 3 times and it never arrives, try contacting support to see if they can help with an alternative method.
