I was attempting to do a phone verification with Apple Business Connect today. The robocall came in saying "Your code is... [but didn't provide a code]... to accept press 1 to leave a voicemail press 2" After I pressed 1, it said "the caller hung up, good bye"

Anyone else experience this problem?

Anyone have a connection with someone in Apple who can address this?

Hey, I hope this got resolved for you but if not see below!

This happened briefly for one account. I contacted support using the contact support function in the ABC account and they were able to reset it and told us to retry in 24 hours. We waited and then tried the phone verification again and it worked!
