The things to keep in mind about GBP verifications is that Google is trying to determine whether the business exists in the first place, whether or not the merchant is affiliated with the business, and that you are a real merchant. So depending on the industry, expect Google to ask to see signage, proof of address, equipment or software used to do the job.
For SAB's, Google may need to see tools of the trade, marketing that reflects the nature of the business, the branded vehicle. In some cases, you can also show an actual job/service that you are performing
If they have a visible address, then they would still need to have permanent signage. Google would want to see that as well as the address in the video.
