Hi folks - I'm not sure this is the correct forum for this since I'm actually not sure if YouTube is considered organic social or organic search so I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask this.
A client of ours has been struggling to gain control of their YouTube Brand Account. It was originally created by an old agency of theirs that was never removed as the primary owner. A few years ago, a coworker of mine managed to gain access but it was under her specific email (e.g. name@agency.com) and not under something more general (e.g., social@agency.com). Apparently, it was never transferred and the client has been struggling to regain access for years.
Does anyone have any suggestions or tips? This is a bit out of my usual wheelhouse so I'm not really sure how to guide/help her.
