Removing and Changing the GBP Service Areas, what is the impact?

The GBP service areas is already maxed out.

Now, we want to focus on different areas. What is your recommendation in removing the current SABs?

Can I do it by REMOVE ALL AT ONCE? or just by 2 or 3s?

You can edit your GMB profile fully without hesitation. but you will need to re verify again after you edit your service area

A GBP without an address cannot be saved without a service area of some sort, as far as I'm aware.

Changing a service area has no effect whatsoever on ranking (though I have a theory that an anomalously large one can decrease them). If you mean that you wish to rank in a new area that is a significant distance form your current validation address, you will need to start over with a new GBP unless you can find a way to display your new address.

You can change your service areas anytime and as many times as you want, as long as it doesn't exceed a 2-hour driving radius from where you operate your business. If you don't comply with this, they will most likely suspend your profile.

And I say probably because I've seen SABs covering the entire US, it's crazy! Don't take the risk.

Regarding impact, the best advantages you have are your category and your opening hours. If you operate 24/7, that’s a plus. As JS Girard mentioned, the best thing you can do right now is to get a physical address.
