Is anyone getting GBP reviews email notifications? We haven't been getting any review notifications for the last 2 days and I'm wondering if anyone is running into the same situation.

Actually, I guess we are having the same issue, I was mistaken. Have you tried contacting Google Support?

not yet, I wanted to see if anyone else was running into this same issue. We just got 1 this afternoon after 2 days. We usually get a ton and we can see our clients have received reviews in these past 2 days, its just the review email not coming through.

I haven’t received review notifications in a few years. I don’t rely on Google. I set up review monitoring via Yext.

Same here. We DO occasionally receive notifications, but we use third-party monitoring also. Actually, we use two such things: HighLevel and LocalViking.

I'm having the same issue (started on May 1st) - I run an agency and manage around 75 business profiles and it's only happening on that account that manages a lot of profiles (my smaller account that manages 5 profiles is still receiving new review email notifications.

I've escalated it to Google and am waiting to hear back, was anyone here able to figure out how to fix this? I always thought 100+ business profiles on one email account is when you stopped receiving new review email notifications.

Remember:
Google breaks things all the time
Often, they don't fix them right away, or sometimes, never fix them
They don't care about you or your business

Are there any good 3rd party platform options to get email notifications when my clients get new reviews? I'm managing around 80 Google Profiles now for my agency so I'm not sure what my best option would be for 3rd party options.

I saw in your previous reply you mentioned HighLevel and LocalViking. Would I need to pay for a separate subscription for each Google profile I manage or are there plans to use their services for multiple accounts?

With HighLevel you can have as many locations as you wish with either the $297/mo or the $497/mo plan. HighLevel is SO much more than just a GBP tool, though. It is the foundation for most of our business now.

LocalViking is sort of pay by location in the sense but I don't know what the pricing is anymore, since we've been on a legacy plan ever since they launched.

Ah ok thanks for that additional info. The only functionality I really need is notifications for new reviews for multiple locations so I'll do some more research to see if I can find a reasonably affordable option for just that one feature.

I wasn't sure if you knew any other 3rd party platforms that focus just on that one function or if there was a way I could code that myself somehow.
