Whenever you report or flag a review on GMB, is the process automated? Or is there an actual Google employee looking at the reviews and deciding if it violates the guidelines and should be removed?
I believe it's mostly manual but there is automated assessments as well. If you've ever flagged a review and it was denied right away that was likely automated.
