We have received 20+ reviews and counting over two states for a client. The reviewer is using defamatory statements about the bank for multiple locations. Can I get a Google guide to help? We have cited each and even appealed. They began yesterday and have really ramped up. Is it just a waiting game for the removals or can someone help? We really need guidance on this one.
