I have a question about a review policy. An apartment complex recently received seven reviews mentioning housekeeping. They have a cleaner clean the apartments prior to a new tenant moving in. I suspect they are placing a welcome letter with a QR and asking the residents to mention the employee's full name and that she is a wonderful cleaner. Is this a direct consumer experience or a TOS violation?

Seems ok to me. How is that any different from asking customers to give you a review under other circumstances?

Bummer. The complex is rat and roach infested. They generated 14 reviews in 4 days. At least they still have a 2.9 rating.
